"Family and Friends" Program
Get one-month FREE lessons for EACH student you refer.
Do you know anyone who wants to learn Chinese, use Chinese in businesses, or prepare a Chinese test? Like many Mandarin learners around the world, if you enjoy your experience at eChineseLearning or heard good things about eChineseLearning, please let your friends and family members know about our service!
If you refer our service to your friends or family members, you will be awarded with one-month FREE lessons for EACH student you refer. We look forward to hearing from your friends and family members!
For Current Students
Step 1: Tell your friend or family member about our service and encourage him/her to take our free trial lesson (a one-on-one interactive Chinese lesson).
Step 2: Confirm your referral
A) Either ask the referred person to tell us your name by the time he/she decides to register.
B) Or you email us the name of the person you refer to our service.
Step 3: After the free trial, if the referee signs up for a three-month or longer term service without cancellation, we will inform you through email that one-month FREE classes will be added to your existing subscription.
Notes:
1. Gift Certificate Service is not included in this referral program. If a referee purchases a Gift Certificate, the referrer will not receive the referral credit.
2. The referrer is eligible for the award of one-month free lessons on the condition that the referred student should not cancel his/her program within the first month.
3. Your current service will be extended for another month after the confirmation, if your subscription is monthly or annual service.
4. The referrer will be awarded for one-month free lessons of "basic package" if the referee purchases a 48-hour package (or other hourly packages with more than 48 hours) without any cancellation within a month.
5. eChineseLearning reserves the right to change this offer without advance notice.
For non-students
If you are not a student of eChineseLearning but would like to take advantage of our referral program, please follow the steps below. Note that your free lessons are transferable!
Step 1: Tell your friend or family member about our service and encourage him/her to take our free trial lesson (a one-on-one interactive Chinese lesson).
Step 2: Confirm your referral
A) Either ask the referred person to tell us your name by the time he/she decides to register.
B) Or you email us the name of the person you refer to our service.
Step 3: After the free trial, if the referee signs up for a three-month or longer term service without cancellation, we will inform you through email of your one-month free lessons. As long as you contact our customer service center to obtain your student ID and password, you can start the classes right away.
Step 4: Note that your free lessons are transferable! If you wish to transfer the lessons to your friends or family members, feel free to do so. Just let us know and we will arrange the transfer.
